Forestation

Urban intervention
2025
Forestation is a spatial intervention stemming from a reflection on regeneration – giving back life to forsaken, derelict and damaged places. The wall with the installation is full of scars, drawings, textures and traces of time photographed by the artist, which she subsequently turned into a series of digital photo collages. During the five days of the festival, these records are transmitted onto large-scale canvases in a transfer technique, gradually unveiling a new composition and a sense of harmony in space. Placed over a dilapidated wall, the canvases introduce rhythm and calm, visually purify it and turn its ruggedness into a serene, absolute scene.
