High Noon

High Noon is an homage to Zagreb’s pigeons, launching themselves in the air when the Grič cannon strikes at noon sharp. Pigeons were once believed to be symbols of virtues such as gentleness, love, sacrifice, communication, togetherness between people, mercy and peace. They were believed to be extremely lucky birds. They possess the qualities increasingly lacking in today’s world. This pink ‘pigeon cloud’ invites the visitors to join the flock and embrace some of their optimism.
