Pillow Talk

Pillow Talk takes its starting point from the notion of an intimate conversation marked by closeness, trust, and emotional openness, yet the artist approaches it through its opposite – the experience of loneliness. The installation consists of suspended textile objects resembling pillows, creating a space that invites visitors into both physical and emotional interaction. The objects can be touched or embraced, evoking feelings of tenderness, presence and comfort. At the same time, the work opens up a space for reflection on absence, longing and the need for connection. Pillow Talk explores the ways in which material, form and touch can become carriers of experiences that are simultaneously personal and universal.
