QUILT Folk Graffiti

QUILT Folk Graffiti is a work made in textile, inspired by the idea of a combination of tradition and present-day tendencies. Inspiration with the author’s birthplace and ethnographic motifs is connected with graffiti as urban symbols. A patchwork of layers, springing from love for heritage, becomes a powerful visual statement about who we are, what we are and where we belong to.
